Across Africa, governments, civil society, development partners and businesses are tackling increasingly complex challenges. Yet too many initiatives struggle with limited ownership, fragmented delivery and weak accountability — communities consulted after decisions are made, strategies that end up on shelves rather than in action.

Husika Consulting was founded to change that. We believe sustainable development takes more than technical expertise; it takes participation, trust, accountability and collaboration. Every institution performs better when the people it serves help shape priorities and solutions.
